Apply to Join the 6 Week Diet Detox

Are you ready to stop the constant fixation on food, the evening stress binges and listening to the useless food rules that have slowly got their claws into your brain? Then the Diet Detox 6 week programme is for you!

The 6 week Diet Detox...

In a world of detox diets, juice cleanses and meal plans which don’t incorporate cake, I had a plan to develop the polar opposite to this. A detox antidote, if you will. Instead of leaving you hungry, frustrated and full of guilt, this programme will leave you feeling in control of food (instead of controlled by food), confident in your own body and able to stick to habits instead of them disappearing after one stressful day.

We go through how to reduce Food Overwhelm

The constant planning of meals, looking at recipes, thinking about the snacks in the cupboard is all holding you back and taking up brain space. Quieting this and building brain space will move you towards your goals.

Build tools for Managing in the Moment

Are you fine and 'on track' until life happens? Here we look at what you do when you're stressed or emotional and find yourself stood in front of the fridge. We need our plan to work for us when life is life-ing, not just when we have nothing on and no stress (can't relate this this though).

And overall help you Ditch Diet Culture

How much are old rules that are no longer helpful (if they ever were) showing up? Think guilt around food, all or nothing thinking and earning food. All unhelpful and keeping you stuck.

About me

My name is Anna, I am a PhD researcher of disordered eating, qualified associate nutritionist, mindfulness teacher and have a background in psychology and behaviour change.

So much of the health and fitness industry is about calories, meal plans and hip thrusts. I have found that a lot of people struggle to maintain their goals with only this information (even with the best intentions).

I focus on building sustainable habits, providing you with the information you need and helping you navigate obstacles as they come along.
